Before you can monitor any sources, you must first set them up in the Audience Management Platform.  To do so, first click on “Settings”, and then “Sources”.  This will take you to a page where you can choose which account sources you wish to add.  The setup from here on out is the same as in the publishing section explained above.

Currently, users can add the following account sources to be monitored:

• Twitter Account – Monitor multiple Twitter accounts. (50 results are pulled in upon the initial addition of this source. Updated every 10 minutes after initial addition.)
• Twitter Search -- Track whenever a specific keyword is mentioned on Twitter, such as “Involver”. (15 results are pulled in upon the initial addition of this source. Updated every 10 minutes after initial addition.)
• Twitter Mention – Track whenever anyone tags your account(s) in a Tweet.  This is essentially an @Mention. (20 results are pulled in upon the initial addition of this source. Updated every 10 minutes after initial addition.)
• Facebook Fan Pages – Monitor multiple Facebook Fan Pages. (Up to 1000 posts within the last week are pulled in upon the initial addition of this source. Updated every hour after initial addition.)
• Facebook Searches – Track whenever a specific keyword is mentioned on Facebook, such as “Involver”.  You can also use search modifiers to exclude or include specific terms, similarly to how they are used on search engines today. (25 results are pulled in upon the initial addition of this source. Updated every 10 minutes after initial addition.)
• RSS Feeds – Monitor multiple RSS feeds. (Updated every 10 minutes after initial addition.)
